Inet-Toolbox Training Policies & Procedures

Personal Information submitted for an Inet-Toolbox course registration is private and will not be shared or sold to other organizations. It is used to register you in the session and notify you of other courses or programs from Inet-Toolbox. Visit our Privacy Policy for full details..

Course outlines, summaries and content in our instructor-led programs are subject to revision at our discretion as technology is fast paced. Our goal is to provide you with the most current version available. Group sessions booked privately will select the version they require for their environment.

Payment must be received prior to the session in order to reserve your seat. Payment by VISA or MasterCard are processed through our secure online registration system at the time of registration. If paying by cheque, you can still register online and choose the "pay in person" option. Please make cheques payable to Inet-Toolbox and send to our office at:

Registration fee includes all training materials unless otherwise noted. Refreshments, meals and GST are not included.

Confirmation notices are provided within 24 hours of Inet-Toolbox receiving your registration request. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Inet-Toolbox to ensure that your registration was received.

Refresher Option allows participants to retake a course once at no cost during the year following their session (space permitting). Refresher participants do not receive additional training materials.

Toolbox Buddy Program is only valid for a participant and one buddy attending the same Inet-Toolbox instructor-led session. It can be used in any of our instructor-led training sessions unless specifically noted in the training schedule. Toolbox Buddy Program discounts are impacted by cancellations; please see "Cancellations" below.

The Toolbox Buddy Program cannot be combined with other discounts and does not apply to customized training, special bookings, or short notice requests.

Cancellations received up to ten days prior to the session are refundable, minus a $20.00 administration fee (please note exception in next paragraph). Cancellations received less than ten days before the session will not be refundable but will receive a credit for use towards another Inet-Toolbox session, less the $20.00 administration fee.

If a session is full and has been taken off the schedules, cancellations received less than 10 days before the session will not be refundable and will be liable for the total amount of the registration unless we are able to fill the seat. Our classes are very small and cancellations have a high impact on our ability to maintain our reasonable pricing.

Participants who do not attend their session and who have not cancelled will not receive a refund or a credit. If payment has not been received by our office yet, participants who do not attend and who have not cancelled are still liable for the cost of the session.

Individuals who register as part of a Toolbox Buddy Program discount must both attend to receive the discount. Cancellation by either one of the buddies voids the program and the remaining participant will be responsible for the full cost of their session should they still wish to attend.

Inet-Toolbox reserves the right to cancel sessions up to four days prior to the date of the session. Registered participants will be notified by email of any change.

Certificates of Completion will be provided to participants after their session if they have attended the entire session.

Class size in is limited to maintain a low student to instructor ratio. This ensures that you will have more individualized attention and assistance while working hands-on.

Waiting lists are only created when the session you wish to take fills early. In this event, you will notified upon registration and have the option of being placed on the waiting list. Additional sessions will be set up as demand warrants according to our waiting lists.

Session locations may also change up to one week prior to the date of the session according to the number of registrations in any given session because the size of our labs vary. Registered participants will be notified by email of any change.

Training Partners & Affiliates have their own policies covering the use of their services. Partners and Affiliates are not covered by Inet-Toolbox policies. Your use of these services is a contract between you and the affiliate and Inet-Toolbox is not liable in any way for anything arising out of your use of them. Although we endeavor only to work with affiliates who maintain privacy policies similar to our own, we are not responsible for information you submit to those third parties.
