Inspiration for ICT Integration

Come be inspired! Brainstorming, outlining, planning, organizing,
flowcharting and mind mapping can all be developed quickly and easily using Inspiration. This program is a great visual tool for the classroom! Learn to use the power of graphic organizers in a way that allows students to create, express and organize using keywords, shapes and icons to represent their ideas. In this hands-on workshop participants will:

• Create a graphic organizer with main ideas, topics, sub topics and notes
• Access, apply and customize the symbol library to visually reinforce key messages
• Create and label links between symbols and topics
• Change links and manipulate topics to create new causal relationships
• Express and export linked ideas as both text outlines and graphic
  organizers
• Create active hyperlinks to websites, files and other Inspiration diagrams

During this session, participants will discuss the numerous ways that
Inspiration can be used for ICT integration for individual students, small
groups and whole class activities.
