Adding Interactive Forms to your Web Site

Have you ever wanted to do a survey through your site, collect data for projects, get feedback from visitors? If so, then you need web-based forms on your site. Many web sites now gather information from their visitors through interactive forms. This course is designed to give those already comfortable with HTML and basic web publishing the additional skills for adding interactive forms to their web sites. This session covers:

  • components of web-based forms
  • methods of processing form data
  • receiving form results through email
  • storing form results in a database
  • building forms for your web site
  • using free form handlers out on the Web

This is a hands-on session. Participants will build web pages during this course that include basic form features.
