Digital Photography - Field Trip session

This workshop is designed for digital camera users who wish to learn to use their camera effectively, edit their pictures and share them with their friends and families. This course includes a field trip component for hands-on learning with your camera outdoors with an instructor.

• Saturday morning will be spent learning the intricacies of your camera through classroom instruction.
• Saturday afternoon we will head to an appropriate locale to put our new skills to use by shooting photos outdoors.
• Sunday morning is devoted to an introduction to Photoshop Elements for editing images and creating slide shows.
• Sunday afternoon we will edit our pictures and prepare the pictures for sharing electronically.

Please bring your camera, camera software, cables, extra batteries, a tripod (if you have one) and appropriate clothing. If you wish to upload your photos to a web site, make sure you know your username and password as well as any other information required by your Internet service provider.

Lunch is not provided, however there will be a one hour break.
