This session goes a step further in troubleshooting the problems you might encounter with your Macintosh computer by introducing some additional tools. In this course participants will look at:

• Disk First Aid for repairing disk problems
• managing FoolProof
• using Norton Utilities
• using Tech Tool
• reinstalling system software

This is an excellent add-on session to Macintosh Troubleshooting 1 for those who want to go a step further.
