What do you do when your computer suddenly freezes? What if you're ready to print but the printer can't be found. What about bombs, flashing question marks and out of memory messages? Learn how to deal with these and other common Mac problems in this hands-on workshop. In this course participants will look at:

• using control panels
• rebuilding desktops, zapping PRAM
