Mark Patrick

During 15 years with EDS Canada Ltd., Mark developed a wide range of experience with application software, networking, and PC and Macintosh systems analysis, design, and implementation: specializing in network and database consulting, publishing and multimedia applications, project management, development of seminar and course materials, and training of client users and technical staff as well as EDS Canada Ltd. staff.

Mark has been a specialist in desktop publishing and multimedia support and training, starting from the very birth of those applications dating back to the original release of Apple's LaserWriter and HP's Laserjet printers, and the very first Macintosh and PC multimedia video capture cards. Mark's experience as an instructor includes high quality delivery of customized individual training, classroom training with standard and customized courseware, development and delivery of large group seminars, and complete courseware development projects.

Since 2002 Mark has operated his own IT consulting/contracting firm, Patrick Media Corp., providing network & infrastructure & application support services, website development, multimedia development, and custom database and spreadsheet development with Access, FileMaker, and Excel. He had done complete multimedia project production and development, network & applications support, courseware delivery and design, problem resolution, needs analysis, product evaluation, network design, strategic systems planning, systems implementation, and project management.
