eCampus launched this week

It's been a long time coming but the eCampus finally rolled out this week. We certainly learned a ton in the rollout! There were conflicts on the servers, weird login screens, tracking issues, and disappearing data - sounds like any other technology rollout... However, it seems to be working beautifully and we'd certainly like to welcome all our new online learners. Our first 30 users started their courses this week, and while we held our breath Monday morning for technical support mayhem, there were only five calls. I'll take that as a good launch :) If you'd like any information about the new eCampus, you can contact our office directly or visit our eCampus page. New staff to greet you

I can hardly believe it has been so long since I posted you a note! Things are much busier in our new location, which has required us to add more hours for our office staff. Full of fun and happy to help, you'll now meet Tamara when you come for sessions or call the office during the day. She has been an excellent addition to our team. With all the well-known staffing challenges in Calgary these days, we're glad to have her with us. Shirley has left for warmer climes for the winter as usual, so we'll welcome her back in the spring. Our wonderful assistant Nassim has left to pursue further education opportunities and change her career path. We hope you'll join us in welcoming Tamara and wishing Nassim and Shirley the best with their pursuits. Cynthia
