Helpline for after-class questions

We've always provided our students with 30 days of email support on topics covered in their classes, but we've now taken the helpline one step further. We've started another blog specifically for help and support so as questions are answered anyone can now tap into the information. This will allow students to check the blog for an answer instead of waiting for an email reply and allow any of our instructors to post answers and comments anytime. It's just another way we try to serve you better! Courses are gradually being added to the helpline blog and we'll be linking it into the main site in a few weeks. In the meantime, continue to send your questions in to the helpline address you received in class. Cynthia

New location update

My goodness but the month has flown by! The renovations at the new location are almost complete and we'll be starting to test the network and new servers over the next few days. Move date is set for July 26, so you can expect to see some blips with the Web site and mail as we move. Hang in there though, it's temporary and we'll definitely be back on track in short order!
